Working principal of planetary ball mill:
The DECO-PBM-V-0.4L planetary ball mill has four ball grinding jars installed on one planetary disk. When the disk rotates, the jars axis makes the planetary rotation in opposite directions and the balls in the tanks grind and mix samples in high-speed movement. The product can smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity with dry or wet methods. (Note: granularity of grand products is dependent on the material properties, size, and quantity of milling media and processing time. According to customer’s feedbacks, minimum granularity can be as small as 0.1 um).

Standard Accessories of Lab Planetary Ball Mill
Please note:For this DECO mill, you require two or four grinding jars and the corresponding number of grinding balls. The grinding jar material must be harder than the material to be ground. In normal cases, the same material of grinding balls and jars are used. To shorten the grinding time, larger or heavier grinding jars and grinding balls with a higher density can be used.
And, the standard package of the mill doesn’t include the grinding jars or balls. They must be ordered as accessories.
